Rental Terms And Conditions

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Valid NY State Driver’s License
Out of state valid driver’s License (bring proof of local address)
No learner permits accepted.
Must have your drivers license for a min of 2 yrs.
Min age to rent is 24 years old.
Credit Card / Debit card in the same name as the driver’s license.
No Gift Cards accepted.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Credit Card is a $500 deposit which will be an authorization hold.
Rental charges will be taken from the credit card deposit.
Debit Card is a $750 deposit plus the costs of the rental.
$750 Debit Card Deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days upon return.                                                      

IMPORTANT :

>> IF YOU DO NOT WISH FOR YOUR CARD TO BE CHARGED PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COME IN EVERY WEEK WITH ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT.

>> ALSO, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UPON RETURN OF THE VEHICLE ANY REFUNDS OR HOLDS THAT ARE DUE BACK ON YOUR CARD MAY TAKE 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO GO BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE DATE OF RETURN.

COLLISION INSURANCE OPTIONS

You have the option to decline CDW but you will be fully responsible for any and all damages! We offer CDW (Collision Damage Wavier).

ASK US FOR A QUOTE

This includes a deductible regardless of fault for damages.
Check with your credit card to see if they offer any CDW coverage at no cost to you. If they do they cover you there is no deductible to you.
If you have collision coverage on your own policy bring proof and you can use your own insurance.
You can also purchase Rental Insurance thru www.allianztravelinsurance.com
You must choose Protect my rental car coverage.
No deductible with this coverage.
